How long does a project take?

Depends on scope. A 5–8 page site: 6–8 weeks. A web application with auth and payments: 10–16 weeks. We estimate after the audit — we don't guess on the phone.

How do payments work?

50% deposit on contract signing, 25% on approved design delivery, 25% on launch. Invoiced with VAT, bank transfer or card.

Do you work with clients outside Romania?

Yes. We work bilingually (RO/EN). We have clients and partners in the EU. Call times are set according to a shared time zone.

What happens after launch?

We stay available. Minor post-launch bugfixes are included in the first 30 days. For ongoing support we have monthly packages — we discuss before launch.

Can I give feedback during the process?

Yes — it's essential. We have one feedback round after wireframes and one after final design. Structured feedback moves much faster than emails saying "change something".

What if we're not on the same page?

We prefer to stop early rather than deliver something nobody wants. The contract includes exit clauses for both parties, no penalties if we stop in the design phase.
