We only collect data we actually need to respond to you and deliver our services:

• Contact form data: name, email, phone (optional), company, your message.
• Anonymous technical data: via Google Analytics we collect anonymised information about how the site is used (pages visited, duration, device type). This is only activated if you accept cookies.

We do not collect sensitive data and we do not ask for information we don't need.

Why we collect this data

• To respond to your message and discuss a potential project.
• To improve the site, based on anonymous usage data.
• To comply with legal obligations, where applicable.

Legal basis: your consent (when you fill out the form or accept cookies) and our legitimate interest in improving our services.

How long we keep data

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to discuss and, potentially, carry out a project. If we don't end up working together, we delete the data on request or after a reasonable period.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We use service providers that help us operate:

• Google Analytics (Google) — anonymous usage statistics.
• Resend — the service through which we receive emails from the contact form.
• Vercel — site hosting.

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and GDPR standards.

• request its correction or deletion;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• file a complaint with Romania's Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP).
